Supply of goods is on a firm sales basis. All orders will only be processed once payment has been made.
CES provides a wide range of quality Christian Curriculum. The volume of curriculum is so vast that we are unable to store on site each individual title at all times. If a title is not in stock, CES will contact the customer and confirm with the customer if they wish to place a back order. Back orders usually take between 3 – 4 weeks. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances which are out of CES control which delay delivery.
Delivery of Goods
All goods are couriered and have a tracking number unless specifically asked otherwise by the customer. CES will take no responsibility for goods sent without a tracking number. Delivery time within NZ will include two days processing and 1-3 days courier delivery. Courier delivery within New Zealand is by NZ Post or Fastway. Overseas post and delivery method will be in compliance with customers written instructions. A street address is required for all courier delivery.
Mastercard, Visa and American Express Credit card payments are accepted for orders made on the web. A pro-forma invoice will be sent to customers who make an order via email, telephone or in person. All payments must be clearly identified with the invoice number supplied by CES. Only NZ Cheques are accepted and must be written out to Christian Education Services with the invoice number clearly written on the back. Eft-pos and cash facilities are available on a face-to-face basis only. Goods are deemed unpaid unless an invoice number and name can be tracked.
Incorrect Bank Account Number
CES gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number and the correct number was provided to the customer by CES, then CES will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
For NZ delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. If your order ships to a delivery address outside New Zealand, no GST will be charged.
All payments and transactions are to be made in NZ dollars.
Due to shipment and currency fluctuations, CES reserves the right to change the prices advertised without notification. Please contact the office for confirmation of price.
There is no refund for change of mind. Refunds will be accepted only in the following circumstances.
- There is an exceptional delay in CES receiving a shipment from overseas. In this instance the customer will be personally contacted. If the delay is more than 8 – 10 weeks the customer will be given the option to cancel the order and receive a refund.
- A title is no longer available.
- Damage occurs to goods during courier or postal delivery. If damage occurs a replacement of damaged goods may be made at the discretion of CES management. All goods are packaged and posted from CES in new condition. This replacement policy only applies to goods that are tracked. All other postal delivery is at the customers own risk.
